One problem related to power window has been reported for the 2000 Lexus RX300. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
If the wireless remote is used to lock the vehicle and a person in it, then after 30 seconds the security system activates and the person in the vehicle is trapped. None of the door handles or windows will operate.
