One problem related to sun roof has been reported for the 2002 Lexus RX300. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Sun roof does not have the same pinch protection as side windows. The sun roof closed on my hand as I was demonstrating this feature. The brochure for the 2002 Lexus RX 300 states on page 43 under safety and security " pinch protection for power windows and available sun nroof" which I have on my car.
