One problem related to front driver side air bag inflator has been reported for the 2007 Lexus RX350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Takata recall. I just purchased a certified used 2007 Lexus Rx350 and the airbag inflator srs light is illuminated in the dashboard at 102k miles even when a passenger is is seated in the passenger seat. I don't see this model reflected in the recall list but believe it should be researched immediately for safety issues. I had a Honda with the same issue that was included under recall.
