The contact owns a 2008 Lexus Rx350. The contact stated that the passenger side window failed and would not roll up. The contact had the vehicle taken to a dealer for an inspection and they stated that the window switch was burned out and needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and stated that they wanted the vehicle to be taken another dealer for repair. The failure mileage was 23,000.
