One problem related to power door locks not working has been reported for the 2010 Lexus RX350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Electrical causes headlight to not work (on driver side), and then door lock would not work on driver side and had to use key fob . Then all windows rolled down and cannot roll them back up definitely not safe with windows down when out of town.
