2010 Lexus Rx350. Consumer had transmission shifter assembly replaced. Consumer also want to know if he can be reimbursed. According to the invoice, the shifter would get stuck when shifting from neutral to drive. The consumer stated once the gear was in drive, it slipped out several times.
