Other Fuel System Tank Assembly problems of the 2015 Lexus RX350

The contact owns a 2015 Lexus Rx350. After starting the vehicle, the engine warning light, traction warning light, and the all wheel drive warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the fuel tank needed to be replaced because the cylinder canister contained fuel. The vehicle was repaired; however, the vehicle had a fuel odor. The vehicle was not taken back to a dealer or diagnosed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. Gas tank needed to be replaced because gasoline overflowed into the fuel tank canister. Since replacement can intermittenly smell gas but dealership service department cannot smell unexplained excessive engine noise in whicc dealership cannot hear, and cannot maintain an alignment.
