Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2016 Lexus RX350

Tl- the contact owned a 2016 Lexus Rx350. The contact stated while driving 10 mph, when another vehicle impacted the front driver side of his vehicle. The air bag did not deploy. The contact stated no warning light were illuminated. The contact sustained head injuries and was taken in an ambulance for seek medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not drivable. The vehicle was towed to independent mechanic. The vehicle was destroyed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired as of yet. A dealer was not contacted. Was making a left turn on to a bridge, the car pulled the right a little, I pulled to the left a little to straightened it back up applying the brakes, the car would not stop. There was a line of cars at the red light, I continued applying the brakes, the car would not stop and was picking up speed. I pulled to the left to avoid all the cars.
