One problem related to front suspension has been reported for the 2006 Lexus Rx400h. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle pulls to the right. It was 4-wheel aligned following initial delivery & also at ~22k miles by the dealer. At 22k miles, the dealer told me that the front tires were worn severely inboard and the rear has some of the same indications (they were previously rotated from the front). All four tires were replaced.
