Battery Dead problems of the 2007 Lexus Rx400h

The contact owns a 2007 Lexus rx400 hybrid. The contact stated that the vehicle would stall after engine start up. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where they advised the contact that the failure could possibly have been caused by a battery failure. The battery was replaced but the failure recurred a few weeks later. The vehicle was towed to the dealer a second time where the battery was replaced again. The manufacturer was contacted the contact inquired about NHTSA campaign id number: 11v342000 (electrical system) but was advised that because the dealer advised that the battery was the cause of the failure, they would not repair the vehicle under the recall. The failure mileage was approximately 58,000.
