Two problems related to carrier/rack have been reported for the 2007 Lexus Rx400h. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Radiator cracks and radiator fluid spills, on the passenger side . It causes engine overheating . I have only 70,000 miles on my car, but slight leaks were noticed around 60, 000 itself.
My dashboard developed verticle cracks in the driver's side dashboard. Because this dashboard has the airbag inside on the passenger side I wouldn't feel safe in a car that had a cracked dash, anything that would make an airbag go off too soon or go off too late can or would be very serious.
