One problem related to headlights has been reported for the 2007 Lexus Rx400h. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
There was a condensation that formed inside the driver-side headlight. It caused the headlight to short-circuit and blow out. One simply needs to google 'Lexus RX headlight' and they will find this to be a common occurrence among 2004-2009 models of Lexus RX. Unfortunately, it appears Lexus/Toyota will not issue a recall for a what is clearly a manufacturer defect, and demanding us to repair the headlight at our own expense, which is substantial. Could the NHTSA investigate these defects?.
