One problem related to fuses and circuit breaker has been reported for the 1996 Lincoln Continental. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Power windows/ rear defroster and horn wern't working caused by electrical system. The mlp sensor was replaced, helped windows to go up and down correctly. Horn still doesn't work. The dealer has replaced many sensors,tyring to find a remedy.
