Two problems related to steering rack and pinion have been reported for the 1996 Lincoln Continental. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rack and pinion failed. Nlm.
Vehicle leaned to the left due to the air spring system failing. Owner had just had rack and pinion replaced. Dealer has replaced the air spring system, but problem still exists in suspension.
