1 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 09/01/2001

While at a stop sign consumer's vehicle was rear ended and it ran into another vehicle head-on. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Has not contacted dealer.

2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 05/11/2000

Vehicle was involved in a collision by hitting an embankment and rolling over. Upon impact, driver's and passenger's air bags failed to deploy.
