Driver's side shoulder harness has plastic cover that is attached to structure. Two clamps that hold cover broke. Once this comes off functioning of harness is affected, rendering functionality/mobility of belt. Shoulder harness will bind/ stick, and cause a distraction to driver, being an annoyance.
