Electronic Stability Control problem #1

"takata recall", on April 25, I was traveling to atlanta, GA from virginia to attend a conference and stopped to get gas and my driver's door locked me inside the car. I had to use the latch to release the lock. I have contacted dealership about the issue and I have not received any remedy to this issue. My vehicle will not let me set the cruise control on the highway, the wrench light stays lit and I'm worried about what else maybe wrong. I'm afraid to drive my car that I'm paying payments on. It has been almost 5 months and still no remedy.
