: the contact stated that since the vehicle was purchased it has had problems with the engine stalling while in motion. On one occasion, the problem almost caused an accident from the rear. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the vehicle was test driven but the problem could not be duplicated. The vehicle has been taken back to the dealer on several occasions but the dealer could not determine the problem with the vehicle. The manufacturer has been notified. The manufacturer has been unable to check for recalls on the vehicle due to a computer malfunction.

2 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 04/03/2001

Engine stalls while at highway. Speed. Dealer worked for a week but problem happened again. Dealer working again. Seems to happen when engine is hot.

3 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 03/13/2001

Engine stalls while turning right or left at low speeds. Dealership cannot determine cause of defect. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
