I brought a car from extreme motorcars on 08/05/2008. I later found that after leaving the dealership with the car and it rained the car leaks. I took the car to a mechanic and also found out the car had no air bag. I contacted the dealer and no response was made on their part. I complained with the local better business bureau and the dealer response was the car was brought as is. Isn't it illegal to sell a car without an airbag?.
The contact stated while sitting in vehicle at a complete stop he was involved in a crash. The contact's was hit from behind by another vehicle, and it, in turn , hit a vehicle from behind. Upon impact, neither of the air bags deployed. He had the brake pedal depressed. The contact reported the air bag failure to the manufacturer. They offered no free remedy. There were police and insurance reports taken.
