The contact paid for the repair work. The failure mileage was 137,000 and current mileage was 138,000.

The vehicle had to have ball joints tightened, then the other side had to be replaced because it was cracked. There was a loss of steering every time the vehicle was driven around curves. The vehicle would wander back and forth.
