1 Headlight Concealment Device problem

Failure Date: 08/01/2003

While traveling on the highway and without prior warning, the headlight on the passenger side went out for a short period of time. . The seal was broken on the passenger side which caused condensation.

2 Headlight Concealment Device problem

Failure Date: 04/14/2003

The head light lenses fogged up. The front right headlight developes moisture on the inside thus not being able to illuminate fully.
