The jack provided with the vehicle collapsed after tire was removed allowing the car to crash to the ground. I was not near the car at the time when this happened. After examing the jack ,the jack was bent in half . This is a scissors type jack, was not extended very high as this car sits low to the ground . The quality and strenght of the jack is questionable. Fortunately , there was no injury and only damage to the rear disc which I intend to report to the dealer and Ford motor CO.
