Ignition Coils Failure problems of the 2004 Lincoln LS

My 2004 Lincoln Ls goes into "etc engine failsafe mode" which doesn't allow the car to accelerate anymore and causes the car to slowly slow down. This happens all the time on my car. Probably once every three miles I drive on average but it happens most when the car is accelerating. I have almost been in numerous accidents because of this problem. I have replaced ignition coils and the throttle body and nothing seems to help. I am scared this car is going to get me killed the next time I merge onto the freeway. I now don't drive the car because it is just simply not safe for me or the other drivers on the road.

The contact owns a 2004 Lincoln Ls. The contact stated when traveling at 35 mph, the vehicle would sporadically surge forward then correct itself without warning. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the ignition coil was replaced. There were no prior warnings of the failure. The failure mileage was 45,000 and the current mileage was 55,000. Updated 09/16-10 the consumer stated on one occasions, the vehicle accelerated and hit the medium at a gas station. The vehicle was damaged. Updated 09/20/jb.

Vehicle runs very rough. Will not accelerate over 2800 rpm and shakes badly. Check engine light is flashing. Checked codes p0304 and p0306. Chop states it is faulty ignition coils.

Recall 2004 Lincoln Ls had ignition coil plm and happen again , throttlebody repair, traction controls, and I knew it will happen again ignition due not replace all new one when I buy from chevy blossom, Ford captio city want me to pay for diagnosis test machine to check what wrong , it was fine before worst odd warning light on traction control, it is not dependable car for me.
