Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2007 Lincoln Mark

Upon entering GA 400 northbound from us 285 west in atlanta, I struck an object in the roadway resulting in a delayed blowout approximately 30 seconds later on the front left tire. This resulted in loss of control of my vehicle causing it to pull hard to the left. I crossed 4 lanes of traffic, striking another vehicle in the rear in the third lane and then continuing across two other lanes and striking the center concrete divider wall head on. The air bag failed to deploy on impact. I was wearing my seatbelt at the time. I sustained multiple rib fractures, internal injuries resulting in bleeding, and facial lacerations. I spent 15 days in the hospital recovering.
