One problem related to engine cooling system has been reported for the 1997 Lincoln Mark Viii. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Power adjustment steering colums act erractically and will adjust by itself while consumer is driving . Dealer cannot duplicate defect, and cannot determine cause. Water pump leaked causing low coolant light to illuminate. Door ajar switch faulty and was replaced.
