When applying brakes and making a normal stop, brake pedal went all the way to the floorboard. There was just a little bit of braking. Driver had to use emergency brake to stop vehicle. Problem was reported to the dealership. Problem has not been corrected. Please provide any further information.

Failure Date: 02/27/1997

Pedal went allthe way to the floor and there were no brakes at all. Pulled over to check there were 2 pieces of brake tubing dragging and protruding ,they were severed in half.
