Speedometer light randomly goes off every time I drive the car and it is difficult to see the speed I am driving.
Lincoln customer service has been an ultimate nightmare. Previously spent $2,000 just so the car would stop blasting the heat, blasting the radio, locking and unlocking vehicle. In order to get the car stereo working it’s an additional $4,000. From all my research I’m relieved I’m one of many dealing with this recall Lincoln refuses to take responsibility on screwing loyal customers like me. The car retains water in the bottom of door frames. Front collision doesn’t work and it will sometimes go crazy when I’m near car like locking and unlocking car sporadically. I refuse to allow any children to ride in this car due to its unpredictable behavior like it has a mind of its own. Tl- the contact owns a 2014 Lincoln Mks. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds in heavy rain, the vehicles speedometer would fail to illuminate; obstructing the contacts view of how fast the vehicle was traveling. The vehicle was take to the dealer for diagnosis, however the failure could not be duplicated. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 8,000. Wh.
