Tl-the contact owns a 2014 Lincoln Mks. The contact stated that the vehicle will not start at all. The vehicle makes an abnormal clicking sound and the air condition shuts off shortly after being activated. After several attempts the vehicle will not start at all. No warning lights illuminated. The vehicle is sitting in the contacts driveway and has not been towed yet. The vehicle was not diagnosed and they were told by a local mechanic that the root of the engine failure is a bad fuel pump. The vehicle was not repaired and the vehicle will be taken to colonial Ford (203) 748-3503 120 federal rd #126, danbury, CT 06811. The failure is not related to a recall. The manufacturer was not informed. The failure mileage was 20,000. Jw.
