The dashboard controls ceased functioning, the heater controls will not work,making the defrost not function. This happens while parked or in motion, no matter the location. It appears that the electrical control module has died in mid-stream while driving.
Tl - the contact owns a 2014 Lincoln mkz. While making a right turn the contact stated there was a defect in the center of the windshield which distorted her view. The dealer replaced the window; however, the replacement window was also defective on the passenger side of the windshield. The dealer and the manufacturer declined to replace the windshield a second time; however, she was advised that she could purchase another vehcile. The contact does not feel safe driving the vehicle. The failure mileage was 2900. Rk.
