The vehicle is exhausting leaked fluid through the vents inside cabin at 23,000 miles causing headaches and fatigue. The power transfer unit does not allow for maintenance and has no drain plug. The unit seems to fail alot with fords when looking online. It is dangerous for the driver to smell this inside the cabin.
