1 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 07/29/2025

Both rear driver and passenger side toe links were replaced at colonial Ford in connecticut due to the recall. The driver side is fine, the defective part installed at colonial Ford is the passenger side. This should be covered by colonial Ford, as I'm at no fault for the time it took to find this defect which is not apparent until you place the vehicle on a lift and perform a professional inspection. There are no warning lamps or messages to alert the owner there is a defective part that could cause a life threatening accident with a replaced suspension part. Both Lincoln and colonial Ford state there's nothing they can do because the replacement recall part is out of warranty, 1yr. /12,000. I'd driven less than 3,000 miles when the defective replacement was found during a multi-point inspection at a different dealership. Also, the left rear toe link is fine, which proves the problem is with that specific part. Now I'm stuck with a future out of pocket replacement cost and I'm driven around with a recalled part that's more dangerous than the original. Nhtsa and Lincoln should hold dealerships accountable when a life or death situation is created with an installed replacement part during a recall. Not wait for a person to get killed in an accident or a lawsuit to correct a recall replacement part defect.

2 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 09/01/2020

Replacement of rear tow link; have had to replace tires prematurely even after multiple alignments. There is a current recall only received a notice but have not been asked to bring vehicle for repair.

3 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 07/06/2020

I received a letter from Lincoln to carry out some recalls that were not well repaired and, like the NHTSA recall number 20v072 case, were not repaired. Does Lincoln motor really want to help solve environmental pollution by replacing damaged low-quality catalytic converters, or is all of this false just to show authorities that the company is doing something? I would not like to discover the lie of the Lincoln company, saying that it changed the two (02) catalysts and the four sensors (04) and after the service for several days, I found a poorly executed repair. An easy investigation of photos and videos, before and after, engine light on, new noise (sounds like front catalytic joint), vibration, smell of burning engine cloth, smell of rotten egg that continues to exhale from the exhaust like nothing was done. A simple visit to another Lincoln dealer, with the intention of having to change the catalytic converters, the price estimate was approximately $ 1,400 each catalytic ($ 2,800), 4 sensors $ 786, labor $ 600 = $ 4,189 + tax service performed at orlando Lincoln dealer, 2055 w colonial drive from 07/06/2020 to 07/10/2020 see attached scanner picture from August 4, 2020.
