See attached document for complaint. I am the owner of the 2015 Mkt that has a recall noted above. The rearview camera went out completely several months ago. Only a black screen would appear then the vehicle was in reverse. I saved money to get the camera into working order. On 09/29/2025 I took the vehicle to weymouth truck and auto, and requested they get the camera into working condition. Weymouth installed a new camera system. I picked up the vehicle on 10/02/2025. The camera is working fine. I paid $949. 81 for the new camera system. A copy of the paid invoice is enclosed. In light of the recall notice, I respectfully request a reimbursement of $949. 81.
