The contact owns a 2019 Lincoln Mkt. The contact stated that the third brake light plastic enclosure was cracked and detached. The windshield wiper vent screen had deteriorated. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 25v695000 (back over prevention) and 25v827000 (structure); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were on back order. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where the brake light was replaced under warranty, but the failure recurred a year later. The windshield wiper vent screen and b-pillar trim were replaced previously. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The contact filed a complaint with the pennsylvania attorney general. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
