I went to the Ford dealership on greystone in columbia SC to get my recall done. I was told that the part I needed for the recall was not in stock and that they would have to order it. After two weeks pasted I called to see if the part came in and I was told, it was on back order and they didn't know how long it would take to come in and that they would call me once it arrived. I never received a call.

The contact owns a 2007 Lincoln Mkx. While driving 35 mph, the engine caught fire. The police were not notified. A passenger extinguished the fire. The contact and the other passengers were not injured. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic where it was diagnosed that there was a fuel leak. The local mechanic repaired the vehicle.
