Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Lincoln Mkx. The contact stated the vehicle was experiencing multiple failures. The first failure was both the heat and air-conditioning unit activated at the same time, despite both units being turned off. The second failure was inaccurate readings from the electrical meters and gauges along the instrument panel. The final failure was while traveling at low speeds the vehicle failed to accelerate properly.
