Tl-the contact owns a 2010 Lincoln Mkz. The contact stated that the the water pump went out and it caused antifreeze to leak into the oil and as a result the engine was damaged and needed to be replaced. The diagnosis was done by the dealer sioux falls Ford 4901 w 26th st, sioux falls, sd 57106 (605) 361-0361. The manufacturer had not been contacted. The VIN tool did not pull up a recall on the vehicle at this time. The failure mileage was 109,670. Tf.
