The contact owned a 1998 Lincoln Navigator. While driving 40 mph, the contact crashed into the front of another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy and the seat belt failed to restrain the contact in place. A police report was filed. The contact suffered a mild concussion and a whiplash, but did not require medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed and towed. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 140,000.
The contact owns a 1998 Lincoln Navigator. The vehicle speed control was deactivated for the Ford recall. The contact stated that the dealer deactivated the speedometer when the cruise control was deactivated. While driving approximately 65 mph, the contact's vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle and destroyed. Two occupants were injured and a police report was filed. The recall number was unknown. Driving at approximately 60 mph consumer had lost control of vehicle. Vehicle then rolledover ,tumbling along side of the median, front end was totally damaged, and dual airbags did not deploy, causing injuries.
