Seat Belt problem #1

While driving consumer's son got caught on the rear seat belt which tightened around his neck. Consumer had to cut the belt in order to release her son.

Front Seat Belt Buckle Assembly problem #2

When leaving work on evening of 07-08-99, attempted to place seatbelt into latch and latch failed to work. I was concerned that if I had been involved in an accident I could have possibly been ejected from my vehicle. Incidently, in 1997, I was involved in a car accident and the person driving the other vehicle was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected and killed. I run high anxiety levels concerning wearing seatbelts. I feel that my safety and my families safety is at hand and this problem could happen again.
