Two problems related to rear suspension have been reported for the 1999 Lincoln Navigator. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
On flat surface at 25mph rear suspension snapped, causing consumer to lose control. Dealer notified.
While driving 55 mph heard a loud bang, then, rear of the vehicle dropped on the tires. Rear bumper was only 6-8 inches off the ground. No accident. Vehicle not at dealer yet.
