One problem related to tank assembly has been reported for the 1999 Lincoln Navigator. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle has heavy gas fumes after filling up. Leaks around where gas tank and seal collar meet. Dealer contacted and replaced tank, gas leak and fumes no longer exist.
