After recall repair the consumer discovered that the windshield wipers were inoperable when she attempted to turn them on during rainy weather resulting in poor visibility. Nlm.

Dealer has been informed by manufacturer that they are aware of problem and the manufacturer has directed dealers not to work on problem until a fix has been identified. I was blinded by smeared bugs & dust at night leading me to have to stop on the freeway at night to clean.
