Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem #1

The rear seat has no locking mechanism, when the seat is pushed up there is no lock to keep it locked. There is an arm that pulls out and attached to the back. On the back of the seat on the diagram it shows there is a lock, but on the consumer's vehicle there is no lock. Noticed this on August 26, 2005; when the seat came down to rest in its position, it makes a loud noise. It is so loud that one would think the consumer was involved in a car accident. Contacted the dealer, they didn't know what direction to go with this.

Seats problem #2

Problems with fuel pump, windshield wipers, driver's seat, brakes, air conditioner, gear shift, air bag, cd player, window motors, driver's handle door, sunroof. Ph. Also the fuel pump, trailer hitch, the lighter ejected to the floor ,the ignition was loose and there was an electrical short in the windows. .
