Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Lincoln Navigator. The contact stated that as she tried to get into the vehicle which was parked in the driveway, she heard a popping noise and the vehicle started to roll backward, knocked the contact out of the way and rolled to the street before the contact got in and applied the breaks. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer who diagnosed and adjusted the timing in the transmission. The failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
