Latches/locks/linkage Problems of Lincoln Navigator

The contact owns a 1999 Lincoln Navigator. The contact stated that the roof leaked water onto the driver side window post and then traveled to the dashboard area. The water caused electrical issues. In addition, the front driver side exterior power door lock could only be accessed manually. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 80,000. The VIN was unavailable.

Hi I was wondering the inside pass. Door handle we went to open it and the handle broke in half, well for 1 cant believe it was made of cheap plastic for the price you pay for the truck and 2 what would happen if there was an accident and the handle broke etc.

Without warning the vehicle stalled while the consumer was driving at an undetermined speed. The consumer contacted the dealer on four separate occasions and the problem still continued. When idling the vehicle made a pressure like noise that would get louder, the low oil indicator light would come on, the valves had a tapping sound that was abnormal, there was a metal scraping sound which as if the bottom was going to drop out, there were exhaust noises along with a popping sound, and there was continuous stalling. The consumer stated there was an ongoing dispute regarding the odometer reading. Also the brakes and door locked never worked.
