One problem related to fuel injector has been reported for the 1996 Lincoln Town Car. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My 96 Lincoln towncar bogs down, sputters, jerks and misfires from a standing start. Also misfires, sputters in passing gear which does not allow you to pass another vehicle with confidence. At this time the solution has not been found.
