One problem related to turn signal flasher unit has been reported for the 1996 Lincoln Town Car. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When using the right turning signal the turning signal won't stay latched at all until the driver turns the steering wheel five or ten degrees to the right/left or center in order for turning signal to work.
