One problem related to hatchback/liftgate lock has been reported for the 1998 Lincoln Town Car. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rear door lock keeps getting stuck, and they could'nt get the vehicle door open. Dealer cound'nt get the vehicle locked up either, and the vehicle is still in the shop.
