2 Engine Cooling System problem

Consumer noticed coolant levels were dropping. Dealership indicated that because the levels were dropping at a slow pace it was normal. Three months later, coolant level dropped at a rapid pace. Dealership then indicated that the intake manifold was leaking engine coolant. Consumer indicated that there was a TSB on this issue that indicated that the coolant leaked and sprayed onto the alternator, causing a short. This TSB only applied to police vehicles and limousines because their mileage was higher. TSB not found in artemis.
