1999 Town Car (signature) has loud banging noise coming from steering column and/or front suspension. This has been an issue for several years off and on, but appears to be more common over the last few months. This year vehicle has had numerous related problems based on the recall and other owner cited issues. This is a serious situation that is likely to result in a complete failure of the steering and/or front suspension systems that can lead to material damage and/or injury/death to automotive travelers.
