Vehicle experienced premature engine failure. Upon starting vehicle consumer heard a grinding noise. Consumer checked the oil level, and discovered that oil level was very low. Dealership indicated this was caused by a defect in the oil check valve filler. TSB 630515 was issued on this problem.
